    CPR Certification

    Princeton Martial Arts Center is proud to host a CPR Certification class.  Join us and the instructors from Lifeforce USA to certify in or renew you American Heart Association CPR.  This course will include AED and is open to anyone age 12 and up.  You do not need to be an PMAC student to participate.

    Come learn about the ATA’s newest competition weapon.  Learn about the rules, strikes and tactics.

    Then practice in a tournament style ring.   Join us May 19th at 2PM for a great time!
