These concepts not only help you become a better martial artist, they become an active part of your life! We offer what we believe is the best martial art in the world: Taekwondo. Although this martial art form is centuries old, our programs are always evolving to keep pace with the changing world. At the ATA, we offer a variety of classes for all ages, fitness levels and abilities. In addition to our extensive schedule of Adult Programs, we offer the following: Karate for Kids
In addition to these themes, our system includes the unique victory patch. Kids are rewarded special "Victory Stars" for outstanding performance or accomplishments in karate class, in school, at home or at a tournament competition. Each program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline in a fun and exciting instructional setting.
