Women’s Self Defense Class

PMAC is proud to be part of the Mercer County Community College, where will be teaching a Women’s Self Defense Class. A non credit community ed class that will be offered twice in the Winter and twice in the summer session we look forward to helping the women of Mercer County be more confident in the ability to protect themselves.
