is the host to multiple martial arts training options
including Taekwondo, Haidong Gumdo, Aikikai Aikido, Kendo, and Iaido.

The American Taekwondo Association’s curriculum is based on two concepts:

“positive mental attitude” and “high goal setting.”
These concepts not only help you become a better martial artist,
they become an active part of your life!
