Training Black Belts in Princeton Since 1999!
Children and adults with special needs or abilities can find ATA Taekwondo especially beneficial and empowering. We have both physically and cognitively challenged children and adults currently training with us.
The Princeton ATA Black Belt Academy Special Abilities program tailors to each individual’s needs, combining life skills with Taekwondo-based gross motor skills improvement and exercise. We have an established relationship with area physicians, physical and occupational therapists, and mental health professionals that we can consult with while establishing the individual program.
Two of our Special Abilities students are multiple World Champions in all three traditional divisions (sparring, weapons and forms).
